Minutes:

1. RW attended ECCS meeting; $250 is given without justification and an additional $750 is given upon justification
2. AS to set up a December guest lecture event- follow up with the speaker via RW
   1. RW to copy AS in his email to the speaker
3. RW to email Phani and get information for setting up WebEx bridge event coordination
4. AS to report ExCom meetings in vTools (from Jan 22 onwards)- take help from PS
5. SJ is to be the newsletter coordinator
   1. AS to share newsletter template with SJ
6. SD to share constitution document with the ExCom for fresh updates
7. Nominations open for OCVA and OCEA- open only for PES members
8. A reminder for PES membership renewal. We need to have a certain number of PES members to stay as a PES chapter
   1. DL to send requests to people at ORNL for new ExCom membership
9. Certification process needs to be revamped
   1. RW to set up meeting with PS, DL, AS, Radha, and Misael to decide who will be in-charge and for them to learn the process
10. Potential speaker: John McDonald to speak about career
