  •  Bill Vilcheck received his BSEE and MSEE from West Virginia University and has been employed as a power systems engineer since 1975. He joined Eaton Corporation in 1998. As Principal Engineer, he has been involved in all Power Systems Engineering activities and continues to focus upon power quality engineering, energy management, arc flash safety, and smart grid technologies. Mr. Vilcheck is a senior member of IEEE and member of the Pulp and Paper Industry Committee. He is a Professional Engineer registered in Pennsylvania and West Virginia and co-author of several technical papers
