Chapter Leadership Workflow

Chapter leadership tasks can be summarized in six practical steps:

  1. Update the chapter officers’ roster in IEEE vTools.
  2. Acquire speakers and plan technical events.
  3. Create event announcements in IEEE vTools.
  4. Distribute timely eNotices to publicize upcoming events.
  5. Conduct and host events in person, online, or in a hybrid format.
  6. Report attendance using IEEE vTools.
