Who’s Afraid of Maxwell’s Equations?

The November 12th meeting was held at the ADTRAN Mark C. Smith Conference Center. This was a joint meeting with the local IEEE AES Society Chapter. The presentation was provided by the IEEE EMC Society President Elya Joffe who was in town for the EMC Society Board of Director’s meeting. Doug Parker presented the enlightening and entertaining introduction to our speaker, Mr. Elya Joffe. We had not realized that Mr. Joffe was so well acquainted with Mr. Maxwell and that his new book had reached such national recognition. After graciously acknowledging the introduction, Mr. Joffe’s presented “Who’s Afraid of Maxwell’s Equations? A Practical Approach”.

Huntsville EMC Wins Prestigious Award

Congratulations to the IEEE Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Huntsville Chapter! They have been selected from among all EMC chapters worldwide as the recipient of the Most Improved Chapter Award from the international IEEE EMC Society.
