IEEE Young Professionals (YP) Region 3 is an affinity group within IEEE that supports members who have graduated within the last 15 years. We focus on professional growth, leadership development, networking, and technical engagement across Region 3.

If you are an IEEE member and graduated within the last 15 years, you are automatically part of Young Professionals. If you're not yet an IEEE member, you can join IEEE and become part of the YP community.

There is no additional cost beyond your IEEE membership. Young Professionals membership is automatically included for eligible IEEE members.

IEEE YP specifically focuses on early-career professionals transitioning from student to industry leaders. We bridge the gap between academia and industry.
