IEEE Day is an annual event that celebrates the first time in history when engineers worldwide gathered to share their technical ideas in 1884. IEEE is the world’s largest technical professional organization dedicated to advancing technology for the benefit of humanity. The IEEE WNC section is having a social gathering to celebrate IEEE Day in Asheville on Tuesday, October 7, 2025. 5-8 pm at the HILLMAN Brewery Taproom. 25 Sweeten Creek Rd.
