Reducing Waste from 3D Printing: From Coffee Grounds to Flower Pots

Michael Rivera, an assistant professor in the ATLAS Institute and Department of Computer Science at the CU (Colorado University) Boulder, and his colleagues have developed an innovative way to reduce plastic waste in 3D printing. This new method for 3D printing a wide range of objects uses a paste made entirely out of old coffee grounds, water, and a few other sustainable ingredients.
