Nominees must be IEEE members of Western North Carolina Section as of 12 September 2023 08:05 PM America/New_York and be of Graduate Student Member, Member, Senior Member, Life Member, or Fellow grade.
The nomination deadline is 17 October 2023 at 12:00 AM America/New_York. The Petition opening will be announced to all eligible members and the deadline to place petitions will be 03 November 2023 at 12:00 AM America/New_York. Voting will be held utilizing vTools.
