IEEE is the world’s largest technical professional organization dedicated to advancing technology for the benefit of humanity. IEEE and its members inspire a global community through IEEE’s highly cited publications, conferences, technology standards, and professional and educational activities. Region 3 is the geographic area of IEEE which covers the southeastern United States plus Jamaica.
Mission Statement
Focus on the growth and development of the member throughout the life cycle of the individual. Every member is an active participant, an informed and a satisfied member.
Vision Statement
The Region shall fulfill the Member and Geographic Activities (MGA) strategic objectives at the local level by ensuring the enabling of the sections, chapters, and student branches to engage the member.
